Pin Mill Thames Barge Match

The 52nd Thames Barge Match, hosted by the Pin Mill Sailing Club was held this morning. Stephen got up early and drove to Levington.

From there it is a pleasant little walk along the side of Levington Creek

Once at the Orwell, there is a good view up Long Reach to Butterman's Bay, where the three classes are due to start at 8.00, 8.15 and 8.30.

I know nothing about these boats, but it was an enjoyable spectacle watching them go past
