Hello Stephen & Lucy - Your website is wonderful, full of such interesting detail and exceptional photos. Absolute in awe of Cumbria. Well done Stephen, covering all of West Wainright's Walks. We hope we'll make the Cumbrian Hills. Me and partner Pete began short walks March 2012, moved on to rambling and now we love challenging trails and hill walking. It is now June 2012 and we're enjoying every minute. Our recent achievement was Brown Clee Hill. We are looking forward to walking many more hills. Thank you for sharing your photos of your walks, the details and George of course. Take care and we shall keep watching your website for updates.

Hi there: I have been looking at your descriptions of the South West Coast Path. I and my 2 cousins walked the first three stages from Minehead - Porlock Weir - Lynmouth - Combe Martin over the Easter weekend 2012. I'm originally from CM and I love that whole coastline. We found it quite rugged and we even cheated a little bit (hangs head in shame) by getting the B&B man to take us from Lynmouth to just past Hunters Inn so we could come down off the Hangmans into CM and still have lots of time to look around (and for me to meet up with old friends who I had not seen for many years). We're planning to do the next bit, CM - Woolacombe and maybe to barnstaple in a couple of years. Loved looking at your pictures of the walk, happy memories! I'm blogging my walk at www.ex-shammickite.blogspot.com. I hope you carried a stone all the way up Big Hangman and made a wish as you added it to the cairn. I did!

Hi guys, I just thought I'd let you know that your site was one of the ones that I used to research and get me of the sofa and exploring London on foot, starting with the LOOP. I've enjoyed it so much that I started my own blog about it (http://www.walkaroundlondon.com) because I feel that unguided walking in London, especially in the outer boroughs, is really neglected and I want to share these lovely strolls! I will be including your URL in my list of 'approved of' blogs in the very near future, hope that's ok? Keep up the good work!
