Great website! Your comments and superb photos of the trails in East Anglia make me want to put my walking boots on! I did part of the Angles Way last week (Redgrave Fen to Diss). My local path is the Weavers Way which I recommend as you seem to have an interest in railways - the path follows most of the old track bed from Aylsham to Stalham in Norfolk.

Yes, the Weaver's Way is on my "to do" list in due course (along with lots of others!) At the moment part of it near Yarmouth is closed due to flood maintenance works, so I put it off for another time. |

Having recently retired and needing to exercise more I have begun walking in earnest up to 12 miles a day. Your excellent photos and descriptions of the North Downs Way walks have inspired me to venture further and see more of our wonderful landscapes. Thank you!

Ended up on your site while doing a bit of pre-holiday searching; we are staying at King Harry Cottage in the next week or so. My wife and I walked most of the Stour Valley Path (see https://picasaweb.google.com/113047413842961341839/EnglandSpring2013) in March/April 2013. Very cold but a wonderful experience! Seeking more information I came upon your website. Marvelous photos.

Loved the photo of cows on Petersham Meadows. My family (Clarke) were the "Clarke" in "Hornby & Clarke" who grazed their cows there. Can I give my grandchildren a hard copy of this photo as part of a family history album I am preparing?
