Hi you have a great photo of 3 bridges at Hanwell on this page http://www.luphen.org.uk/walks/grand_union_canal_walk/brentford_west_drayton.htm I would really like permission to use it in a lesson pack I'm putting together for a group of local schools. The project is on the local history of the area. I will credit you in the Teachers Pack. Please let me know whether you agree or if you would like any further information. Many thanks.

Great website! Your comments and superb photos of the trails in East Anglia make me want to put my walking boots on! I did part of the Angles Way last week (Redgrave Fen to Diss). My local path is the Weavers Way which I recommend as you seem to have an interest in railways - the path follows most of the old track bed from Aylsham to Stalham in Norfolk.

Webmaster comments   Yes, the Weaver's Way is on my "to do" list in due course (along with lots of others!) At the moment part of it near Yarmouth is closed due to flood maintenance works, so I put it off for another time.

Having recently retired and needing to exercise more I have begun walking in earnest up to 12 miles a day. Your excellent photos and descriptions of the North Downs Way walks have inspired me to venture further and see more of our wonderful landscapes. Thank you!

Ended up on your site while doing a bit of pre-holiday searching; we are staying at King Harry Cottage in the next week or so. You have given us plenty of info on what to expect and 'we' - my wife and our two jack russels - can't wait to be on our way. Great site with very good photography, thank you

My wife and I walked most of the Stour Valley Path (see https://picasaweb.google.com/113047413842961341839/EnglandSpring2013) in March/April 2013. Very cold but a wonderful experience! Seeking more information I came upon your website. Marvelous photos.
I used your small text about the Stour Valley Path for Wikimedia Commons (http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Stour_Valley_Path), my English is just not good enough. I hope you don't mind. If you have any objections let me know, and I'll remove the text and the link to you site.
Thanks! Happy walking in 2013, Maarten Sepp
